Since joining CallCare in 2009, she has played a key role in shaping the company’s growth and reputation for service excellence, building high-performing teams and long-term client partnerships. Gemma is passionate about creating a culture where collaboration, accountability, and care drive every customer interaction.

Caroline is a dynamic and seasoned leader with a proven track record spanning over 25 years. Her journey has been marked by versatility, having excelled in Financial Services, the legal Sector, and Telecommunications.

As Client Service Manager , Melanie has been working within the CallCare group of companies since 2001. She manages client accounts, building relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. Melanie works closely with clients to understand their needs, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and support improved customer service outcomes.

Michael has been with CallCare since 2017, progressing from a Personal Assistant role to Out-of-Hours Supervisor, then Call Centre Manager, and now supporting Gemma in Client Services and Operations. With extensive experience across service delivery, client management, and operational support, Michael plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service and that our internal teams are aligned to meet their needs effectively.
