Impact Housing operates primarily in Cumbria, but also owns some stock in North Lancashire. Owning around 2,800 properties. Impact mainly provide general needs homes and supported housing, housing for older people and shared ownership.
Impact Housing needed a provider for out of hours repair calls from tenants reporting emergencies.
We built an out of hours reactive repair call handling team for Impacts tenant repair calls. Drawing from our experience within the sector and extensive work with similar clients, we triaged all calls to determine the level of emergency and the nature of the repair required to ensure every call was dealt with efficiently.
Additionally, we were able to identify further solutions for Impact, by setting up disaster recovery measures to include, overflow calls during the day and cover for team training and meetings. Further to this, we took over their ASB (antisocial behaviour) lines.
