We are looking for Customer Service Advisors with empathy and understanding to handle phone, email and live chat queries for our online beauty businesses.

What we’re looking for:

  • A good level of spoken and written English
  • Attention to detail
  • Keyboard skills, with a good typing speed
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment
  • Right attitude – you are a part of a team, be professional, punctual and reliable

Nice to have

  • Experience of using CRM systems (e.g. Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Experience of using e-commerce systems (e.g. Shopify, Magento)
  • An interest in the world of make-up and beauty would help – you don’t need any specific product knowledge

The role involves

  • Working in a customer service team for beauty brands since we are expanding this sector
  • Answering customer queries via phone, emails and live chat
  • Delivering prompt, efficient answers, leaving customers happy and satisfied

The roles are based in our offices in Salford, Manchester
